OFF-LINE ORDERING:
If you prefer to order off-line, please contact us under 1 (416) 686-1632. If you e-mail in your order, or call and the answering machine picks up, please state:
  • Your name
  • E-mail address (if you have one)
  • Your item(s) names (and sizes, if applicable) that you would like to purchase
  • Your phone number (if no e-mail address if given)
  • The address to mail your package

  • Please allow an additional 7-10 days for your order to be processed, as funds have to clear the bank prior.

  • Your order will be mailed in 2-10 business days after payment has been received. If you are in a rush and need your order shipped sooner, please let us know and every effort will be made to accommodate you!

    Return Policy

    RETURN / EXCHANGE / ALTERATION:

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), please send the un-stained product(s) back to us within 14 days, and we will gladly refund you the purchase price or offer an exchange (if you would like to exchange or alter your item, you must also include a postage-paid package for the item to be shipped back to you). If you are expecting a baby (congratulations!) at the time of purchase, the money back guarantee will start AFTER the birth of your baby. Use the comments box during checkout to tell me your due date, so that I may know the situation.
    The Hoppediz Sling is returned to place of purchase accompanied by the original receipt
  • The product was only used according to "Safety and Wearing Instructions," provided.
  • The carrier was not damaged due to any form of negligence
  • Once returned, your sling may be exchanged for a different sling of equal value or a full refund minus shipping expenses will be issued.


    The decision of whether to issue a refund or exchange is up to the discretion of SLINGIN´ BABIES.
